ScanSpe uses a QR code like a loyalty card to identify a shopper, then receives data where each receipt reflects an itemized breakdown of both whole number and decimal quantities, discounts, and applicable taxes.

No email collection, no paper slips, and no OCR errors.

Step 1: Identify

Shoppers open the ScanSpe app and show their QR code. The cashier scans it at checkout.

Step 2: Match

ScanSpe matches the QR token to the in-flight purchase, linking the receipt to the shopper without collecting email or phone number.

Step 3: Deliver

The POS sends data where each receipt reflects an itemized breakdown of both whole number and decimal quantities, discounts, and applicable taxes through official APIs, so receipts arrive clean and complete in seconds.

Step 4: Organize

Receipts are searchable, categorized, and exportable in the ScanSpe app with GST/HST/PST totals ready for taxes or returns.
